The flat is incredibly warm, and the room sizes are great, though it doesn't get much sun except in the top two rooms. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear someone sneeze in the next room. The landlord is relatively chill, always notifying us about inspections a week in advance, providing a gardener, and helping us maintain the property. Overall, the warmth is definitely the best feature, while the thin walls are the worst.

Living in this flat has been a challenge; it's cold and not soundproof, with constant noise from the street. The landlord isn't very responsive to maintenance requests, often opting for cheap and quick fixes that don't address the real issues. Honestly, I can't think of anything good about this place—everything about it has been disappointing.
