I found the house to be just bad, and the landlord was quite annoying. Honestly, there was nothing good about my experience, and the worst part was definitely the location.

I found the flat to be inexpensive, and the landlord, who is also a student, was easy to work with. The best aspects were the cost and the company, but the worst part was that it could get quite cold.
The house is in a quiet but great location to town, which is definitely the best thing about it. While the new bathroom is nice and the fireplace is good, it can get very cold if you don't use heating, and the lack of an open plan with the kitchen and lounge makes it feel dark. The landlord is pretty good and fixes things quickly, but the coldness is definitely a downside.
The flat was cold, and the landlord didn't do anything to improve the situation. However, the location was the best aspect of living there. Overall, I found it quite disappointing.
