Rate this flatI really enjoy living in this flat; it is very warm with two heat pumps and a fireplace, making it nice and dry. The landlord seems lovely, and the best things about the place are its newness, the garden, the glass house, and the sun deck. Honestly, there's nothing really to complain about.
The house gets lots of sun and is never damp, but it basically doesn't have a lounge. The landlord is very responsive and proactive, ensuring that everything that needs to be done is taken care of. The best thing about the place is the location and the sun, but the price is quite expensive.
I stayed in a flat that was near town, which was a plus, but the experience was overshadowed by the horrible neighbor bar with terrible karaoke that went on all night until dawn. The landlord didn't attend to any issues during my stay, showing more interest in squeezing out the last dollar rather than addressing the noise from the redneck pub.
