I really enjoy living in this flat; it is very warm with two heat pumps and a fireplace, making it nice and dry. The landlord seems lovely, and the best things about the place are its newness, the garden, the glass house, and the sun deck. Honestly, there's nothing really to complain about.

The house gets lots of sun and is never damp, but it basically doesn't have a lounge. The landlord is very responsive and proactive, ensuring that everything that needs to be done is taken care of. The best thing about the place is the location and the sun, but the price is quite expensive.

I stayed in a flat that was near town, which was a plus, but the experience was overshadowed by the horrible neighbor bar with terrible karaoke that went on all night until dawn. The landlord didn't attend to any issues during my stay, showing more interest in squeezing out the last dollar rather than addressing the noise from the redneck pub.

The flat is very drafty with moldy curtains and damp walls, and the windows are permanently open. It's overpriced and keeps increasing every year without any improvements, plus there are minimal light bulbs and broken door handles. The landlord is hard to reach, but he responds when he needs something from us. The best thing about the place is the ceiling pattern, but the kitchen and bathroom are definitely the worst aspects.

The house is leaning but well insulated, which helps a bit with the cold. The landlord is a great guy—very helpful and quick to act. The best part of living here is the chat with flatmates, but the cold can be a downside.

I lived in a great small flat in a central location, with a small bedroom that comfortably fit a queen size bed, separate from the larger living room. The landlord was absolutely great, handling all queries and concerns quickly and directly. However, the flat had poor insulation, which made it cold and allowed noise from adjoining flats, highlighting the lack of soundproofing as the worst aspect.

The house has cool balconies off the rooms that sit above George Street, and the location is definitely the best thing about it. However, the landlord often won't respond at all to messages, which can be frustrating, and there's no parking available.

The house itself doesn't have any standout features, but I've noticed that the landlord changes often, which can be frustrating. One of the worst aspects is dealing with many property managers, making the rental experience a bit challenging.

The flat is in an old heritage building, which means it lacks insulation, making it quite cold. However, it has a great layout and a lovely garden area, with plenty of sun streaming into the lounge. The best part was our landlord, a lovely old man who was incredibly caring and always there to help if anything went wrong.

The house is good overall, and I found it to be a great site for a couple. However, the worst thing was the mould, which was a significant downside.

The house is warm with a good shower, but I found the price a bit high, especially with the foot traffic outside the windows due to the shared driveway and the upstairs neighbor. On the plus side, the landlords are lovely and quick to respond to any issues. Overall, the warmth and shower are the best features, but the price and foot traffic are drawbacks.
