The house has four huge bedrooms, but the other three are quite small, so be cautious if it's advertised as a 6-7 bedroom place. Living practically on the beach makes it worthwhile, and the fully furnished setup is a huge plus. Just be sure to keep a paper trail with the landlord, as the gas bills can be a downside, though the water pressure is fantastic.
