The house has its pros and cons; upstairs is much warmer than downstairs, but the windows don't seal properly. The landlord is quick to respond to real issues like smoke alarms and water, but they can be slack about less urgent matters. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, while the worst is the small lounge.

The house has its drawbacks, like no sunlight downstairs, making it quite cold, and the lounge is dark and small with no real space to relax. However, the upstairs is warmer, and the kitchen is a good size. The landlord is quick to respond to important issues but tends to be slow or unresponsive about less critical matters. The best part of living here is definitely the location, but the lack of a proper lounge is the worst aspect.

The house has a nice kitchen, but it is cold and has some mould problems. However, the landlord is very good, which makes the experience better despite the issues with the coldness and mould.

The front rooms of the house get plenty of sunlight and look nice, but it's actually quite cold and the "fully furnished" setup has some sleazy furniture. The landlord is really nice, though he manages a few flats, so responses can be slow. The best thing about the place is the location, but the worst is that it's cold, the bathroom is attached to the kitchen, and the upstairs toilet leaked into the bottom room.

The house is very cold in winter, and there’s no real living or dining room, making it feel cramped. The back rooms are quite dark, and I can hear the McDonald's drive-thru speaker from some of them. While the landlord is nice, he manages a lot of properties and is always quite busy, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, I find it overpriced, especially with the kitchen being too close to the bathroom.
