The house isn't luxurious, but it's much more homely than most places, with plenty of light and a beautiful big room perfect for napping on sunny days. The best part is definitely the sunshine, but the landlord was blunt and didn't address all issues, often showing up unannounced to mow the lawns and becoming increasingly demanding about accommodating potential future tenants as the year went on.
