The house has a great heat pump and north-facing windows, but it's not entirely insulated and can be a bit cold, especially in one room that's very mouldy. The landlord is really nice and friendly, respects our privacy, and hasn't done a single flat inspection since I've lived here, which is great. Overall, he usually fixes things promptly, and we love him!
