Overall, my experience in the flat was mixed. While everything mostly worked and the location was great, the house's design was dark and not aesthetically pleasing, and it could have used some new appliances since the light bulb fittings kept blowing. The landlord was reasonable, and the property managers were generally responsive and friendly, although there was an issue with the bond at the end of our tenancy that required me to request receipts for their charges to ensure honesty.
