I loved living in this fully furnished flat, which only required me to bring clothes and sheets. The free gas for cooking and the big garage were fantastic, and the garden with roses added charm. The landlord was absolute quality—friendly, approachable, and always quick to address any issues. The value for money was unbeatable, being close to campus yet away from the noise, but I wish I could stay another year before leaving Dunedin. The only downside was the single glazing, which I didn't expect to be different at this price.

I lived in a huge flat with a really nice lounge area, kitchen, and adequate bathrooms, all in a good location. The landlord was friendly and efficient, always getting onto things quickly. The best part of the flat was definitely its size, although it was kind of hidden and hard to find.

The house has lots of room for storage and parties, with a dining room, lounge, and terrace for drying clothes. The landlord is a nice guy—quite quiet and very formal. The best thing about the flat is the ample space, but the worst part is that it can get freezing cold.

The house is huge with plenty of room for extra people, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, it is very cold and doesn't hold heat well, and being on a hill adds to that chill. The landlord is an interesting person to deal with—very formal, but he gets on to things straight away.

The flat used to be a house, which was nice because it had a living room and couches. While one room was quite small, the other rooms could fit double beds. The landlord was nice but hard to get hold of, especially during the day. The best part was that it was furnished, but the lack of sun was definitely a downside.

The house has a spacious kitchen, dining room, and lounge, along with a covered terrace for drying clothes in winter. The landlord is efficient but quiet. The best thing about the flat is the space, while the worst thing is that it can get very cold.

The house is very big, clean, and has great resources and bedrooms, with a nice kitchen and bathrooms. The landlord is really nice and very organized. The best thing about the flat is its size, while the worst thing is its location.
