The landlord and letting agent are difficult to work with and not very helpful, often trying to avoid any extensive costs. The best thing about the place is its location, but the price is definitely the worst aspect.

The flat is cold and unstable, with rain coming in during storms and slugs greeting us at the start of the year, which was a disgusting welcome. It hadn’t been cleaned at all when we arrived in early 2014. The landlord is unreliable and always finds excuses to avoid fixing things.
