The house has big rooms that are great for sharing, but it's cold and expensive. The landlord and letting agent are difficult to work with and not very helpful, often trying to avoid any extensive costs. The best thing about the place is its location, but the price is definitely the worst aspect.

The house has unique and creative ceilings, along with multiple fireplaces, which I appreciate. The location is definitely the best thing about it, but the rent is quite high. It's worth noting that the landlord has a criminal background, having been to prison for armed robbery.

The house has plenty of fireplaces and creative ceilings, which I appreciate. The location is definitely the best thing about it, but the rent is quite high. I also have concerns about the landlord, especially since he's been to jail for armed robbery.

The house has creative ceilings and plenty of fireplaces, which I appreciate. The best thing about it is the location, but the worst part is definitely the rent. I also found out that the landlord has a criminal history, having been to jail for armed robbery, which is concerning.

The house has charming features like fireplaces and creative ceilings, and the location is definitely the best part. However, the rent is quite high, and I was taken aback to learn that the landlord has a history of armed robbery.

The house is cold in winter, especially the downstairs rooms, and there's an issue with mould in the small upstairs back room due to dampness. The landlord is a lovely man who cares for the flat, but he seems reluctant to spend money on repairs and sometimes takes a while to respond. The best thing about the flat is its location, but the cold is definitely the worst aspect.

The house is cold, and the landlord is nice but useless; he seems out of it. The best part about living here has been my flatmates, but the coldness is definitely the worst aspect.

The flat is cold and unstable, with rain coming in during storms and slugs greeting us at the start of the year, which was a disgusting welcome. It hadn’t been cleaned at all when we arrived in early 2014. The landlord is unreliable and always finds excuses to avoid fixing things. The best part of living here has been the people, but the worst is definitely the damp and cold conditions.

The house is freezing and has slugs, which makes it quite uncomfortable, especially with the poor heating. The landlord is unreliable, which adds to the frustration. However, the best part of living here has been the people.
