This is a cheap flat to live in, and while the money saved on rent goes towards heating in winter, the lounge and kitchen are easy to heat. The bathroom needs some repairs and is a bit difficult to clean, and the kitchen layout is good, though the countertop drips due to poor design. I wouldn’t recommend living with more than five people due to the small size of two rooms and having only one bathroom, but it's still a bargain if you're okay with wearing extra layers in winter and dealing with limited sunlight. The landlord is great and quick to fix issues, although the property manager can be slow with communication and administration. Overall, the price is the best aspect, while the lack of sunlight is the worst.
