The house offers a garage and extra storage room, which I really appreciate, and the fireplace is handy if you have access to cheap firewood. It's in a quiet, secluded area with great views, making it good value if you're okay with living a bit further out and maintaining a small section. The landlord is easygoing and friendly, and the property manager is professional and quick to address any issues, though I did only deal with the manager and not the owner. The only downside has been the poor shower pressure.
