I live in a modern flat that is warm enough, and I have a responsible and kind landlord. The best part about the place is definitely the warmth and the landlord, but the soundproofing is quite low, which can be a downside.
The house has good heating, which I really appreciate, but it can be expensive. The landlord is decent—if you are good to her, she is good to you. Overall, the heating is definitely the best aspect, while the cost is the downside.
