The flat is part of a complex managed by Edinburgh Realty, and while the landlord occasionally visits, he isn't very invested in the property. It has six rooms, with a spacious lounge and kitchen, but the design is poor, especially on one side where three rooms get no sunlight and have awkwardly placed light switches. The rooms are small with only one outlet each, and condensation on the walls is a daily issue. While the rent is steep at $138 per person, the large lounge and proximity to the university are definite perks.

The rooms in the flat are very small, and the house is always damp, which makes for uncomfortable living conditions. While the location is great, the landlord and overall living conditions are the worst aspects of this rental.
The house is all good, and the lounge is definitely the best part. However, the kitchen and rooms could use some improvement. Overall, my experience has been positive.
