The house has a new bathroom and a new kitchen is about to be installed, plus it features a good fireplace. It’s a 10-minute drive to Uni, which is a bit of a downside, but the easy-going and understanding landlords are very helpful and genuinely want what’s best for the property. The best part is that it doesn't feel like a typical student flat.
