Landlord
The house is not in amazing condition but is pretty good overall. The landlord is often difficult to contact, which can be frustrating. The best thing about the place is that it's small enough to heat easily, but the worst part has been the issues with getting the property manager to fix the broken cupboard door in the kitchen.
