The house has a nice garden and gets lots of sun, which is definitely the best part. However, it can be a bit leaky in really heavy rain, and we've had a couple of leaks. On the plus side, the property managers are generally pretty good, friendly, and easy to talk to.
The house has a letting fee of around $400 that isn't refundable, in addition to the bond, and the property managers can be unprofessional at times. While the water pressure is great, half the house is freezing for most of the year, and the two back rooms receive little to no sunlight.
