Landlord
This flat can get very cold, especially since there's no heat pump, and the bedroom with the external door has a bit of a draught. Heating can be expensive for two people, but everything else is basically good with modern bathroom and kitchen fittings and decent-sized spaces. The landlord is very easy to deal with, though they occasionally take a while to respond to non-urgent maintenance requests. The best part of living here has been my flatmate, while the worst thing is definitely the cold.
