Landlord
I lived in a small 2-room place in Mornington, right on the bus route, and it actually feels warm, thanks to the fireplace we can use. The landlord is very friendly and open, quickly getting things done. The best part of the house is the vegie garden, although the worst thing is that it’s not in a student area.
