The house is cold and noisy, and the landlord has poor communication skills, making it hard to deal with her. She doesn't understand English very well and hasn't fixed the problems I reported back in January, even in August. On the plus side, it's close to the university, but overall, the cold and loud environment make it a less than ideal place to live.
