Rate this flatThe house has no sun in winter and there are lots of stray cats in the backyard. The landlord is a nice guy and very thorough. The best thing about the flat is that the lounge was nice and warm, but the worst part is that there’s only one bathroom (and toilet) for five people.
I found the landlord to be overall friendly, and the best thing about the flat is that it's tidy and nice, with a big garden and deck. However, the worst thing was dealing with a flatmate.
