The interior of the house is quite nice, featuring modern fixtures and a beautiful open layout with two bedrooms on the bottom floor and the living area plus kitchen on the second floor. It’s great in summer with plenty of sunlight, but in winter, there's only about two hours of direct sunlight, making the surrounding area icy and the driveway dangerous to walk on. The heat pump is nearly always on, and drying clothes without a dryer can be challenging, but the well-designed interior keeps us comfortable. Our property manager has been very responsive, addressing all our concerns promptly.
