The house is cold with poor insulation, and even with two heat pumps, heat escapes faster than it can be generated. The blinds instead of curtains let in light and further contribute to the cold. While the property manager is generally helpful, their slow responses can be frustrating since they act as a middleman between us and the owner. On the bright side, the location is quiet, and the kitchen is nice, but overall, the worst thing is definitely how cold it is!
