The house is great in summer with lots of sun, but it gets very cold in winter due to high ceilings, no insulation, and minimal sunlight from the north-facing side. The placement of the washing line is terrible, right in the middle of the lawn, and the landlord expects high maintenance of the property without providing any equipment, which has made dealing with them unpleasant. On the plus side, the rooms are a good size, but the poor winter sun hours make it quite uncomfortable.
