The flat is really close to uni, which is definitely the best thing about it. The rooms are decent sized, but it can get kinda cold if you're too stingy to use the heat pump, and the high ceilings don't help with that. It's also a little noisy from the main road. On the bright side, the landlord is absolutely fantastic—he's quick to address any issues and is truly an absolute gem!
