The flat has a really good layout and is a great place to hang out on the deck during summer, but it gets extremely cold in winter, especially the lounge. It's about a 30-minute walk to uni, which is quite far, and I find it a bit overpriced for its location. While the individual sleepout is warmer than the main house, it still feels cold. On the plus side, there are so many friendly cats that visit, including a needy one named Honey, which adds a nice touch to the place. The property scouts have been helpful with issues like fleas and electricity problems, but we do have to handle our own gardening, and a couple of doors lack latches.
