70 Mitchell Street

The house has a great view from the top of Brooklyn Hill and a fun 70's color scheme with a bright yellow, aqua, and peach kitchen. However, I've had to deal with allergies to the bedroom carpet for six months, and despite multiple requests, the landlord won't replace it, which is frustrating since it smells like cat urine on damp days. The lack of extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen makes it quite damp, and I can hear everything from the flat above. The landlord is a nice guy but very unreliable; he doesn't respond promptly and hasn't provided a receipt for our bond, even asking me if I had paid it six months into the lease.
