The house had several issues, including a leaking roof during heavy rain, broken windows that wouldn’t open or had cracks, and a mouldy bathroom ceiling. We also dealt with mice problems. While the landlord was generally good, there were communication issues with maintenance, leaving us without hot water for at least four days. The best part of living here was the flatmates, but the kitchen was definitely the worst aspect.
