I really enjoy living in this great flat with its warm and comfortable layout, plus the awesome waterfall shower and rooftop balcony. The landlord is very responsive and friendly, always willing to help. The best part is how modern and warm the place feels, though the downside is that there's no direct sunlight in the living area. All whiteware is included except for a microwave.

I really enjoyed my time in this flat, thanks to its great location in the CBD and the high standard of the modern renovation. The landlords were fantastic—very responsive and often around to resolve any issues quickly. However, I did find it frustrating that I couldn't open the windows, which meant there was very little natural light in the lounge.
