I think this flat is great for the price we're paying, with a massive living area and good-sized bedrooms that are easy to heat. The location is ideal—just 5 minutes to town and 20 minutes to uni on a flat walk. Our landlord is a good guy to deal with, a bit unorganized but fair, which isn’t a big deal for us as students. The best part is how warm it gets, but the lack of an outdoor area is definitely the worst aspect.

The house has big rooms and a warm living area, though the bathroom is slightly scungey and has a saggy floor. The carpet is great for parties, and the best part is staying warm in the winter. The landlord needs a bit of prompting but eventually pulls through with everything.

The house is ideal for flat parties with plenty of room and a large living space, making it great for socializing. However, the landlord isn't really associated with the flat, which can be a bit of a downside.

The house is warm with large rooms, making it great for activities, though the living room ceiling is a bit derelict. The landlord is super chilled and doesn't hold flat inspections; whenever we had an issue, he fixed it within a week. The best thing about the flat is its warmth, but the small bathroom and shower area can be a downside.

I found the house ideal for flat parties, as there’s plenty of room and a large living space. The landlord isn't really associated with the flat, but that hasn't been an issue for me. Overall, it's a great place to live.

I personally felt this flat was pretty good, with a great price and a relaxed landlord. However, there were issues with the windows letting rain in, though the property manager was quick to address it. The worst part was definitely the lack of a fire escape and fire alarms, which made me feel unsafe. Overall, I would recommend it for location and price, especially for those looking to flat outside of North Dunedin while still wanting a social life.

The house has a great size, but the worst thing is definitely the leaking bedroom ceilings during heavy rain or snow. While I’ve tried to reach the landlord through email, text, calls, and visits, he isn't always easy to contact.
