I had a terrible experience with Sorted Property Management, who I would never recommend. When I moved in, only the fridge and mailbox were cleaned, and the overgrown garden was left untouched despite their initial claims. They later tried to charge me for garden work that was never done, and even charged me $60 for two forgotten boxes when I moved out. The only positive was that the house was cool in summer, but the property management made my year a nightmare.
