The flat is visually pleasing and has some good features, but it also has a few low-quality aspects. The showers are horrible, and the kitchen has a shitty bench. The landlord is super lazy and tends to be useless, which adds to the frustration. Overall, while the flat is very warm and decent, the bad landlord and showers really detract from the experience.
