Rate this flatThe landlords are nice but live in the front half of the house, which can slow down responses to larger requests since they operate through a committee. The location is quiet, and the floor and ceiling insulation keeps the place toasty, making it a great value for the price. However, the flat is quite small.
The house has roof and underfloor insulation, making it bearable in winter, but it’s kinda small and tends to get cluttered with five people living here. The landlord is good, but the monthly meetings can be slow and cover more than just the flat, which feels inefficient for my time, even though it's part of the lease. The best things are the location, price, and some insulation, while the worst aspects are the limited space for storage and a clogged hallway.
