I really enjoy living in this well-furnished and clean flat, which has two rooms, a toilet, a bathroom, and a kitchen. It's in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the University of Otago and close to supermarkets and the Octagon. My landlord is a very kind kiwi who is always willing to help, and I get along with him well. The only downside is that the bathroom is in the bedroom, but overall, it's a good place to live.
