Living in this flat has been a challenge. It's freezing cold, and despite the landlord's endless empty promises to fix things, nothing ever gets done. The kitchen is small and damp, and there are mice behind the fireplace, huge spiders, and even hedgehogs making their way indoors. The location and cheap rent are the only redeeming features, but be warned about the noisy tenants below and the killer stairs.

The house has a tiny kitchen that makes cooking difficult, and it's not well insulated in the floors or windows, leading to draftiness. However, the landlord is very reasonable and quick to fix issues, either personally or by hiring someone. The best feature is the nice big sunny lounge and the new carpet on the stairs, but the worst aspects include the tiny kitchen, drafty windows, temperamental water pressure, and the old carpet that can't be vacuumed.
