I really enjoy the nice open spaces in the flat, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, and big rooms. The open plan living area and views from the deck over St Clair are definitely the best features. Our landlord is friendly and helpful, always keeping the garden tidy, but the lack of curtains on the big windows in the lounge and kitchen is a downside.
