I found the house to be a comfortable environment, and my landlord was pretty good considering it was my first time flatting—NO PROBLEMO! =). The best part was having a comfy bed and my own kitchen, but the worst thing was my flatmate.
The house is quite small, but I appreciate the quiet atmosphere it offers. The landlord is friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience.
I lived in a two-story house with two large fully furnished studio rooms, each with its own sink and heat pump, along with two single studio rooms. The rent included power and internet, which was great. The landlord was very good, regularly cleaning the communal areas and responding quickly to any issues. The best part was having decent flatmates, but it was frustrating that both single rooms were the same rental price, despite one being 50% larger and more private than the other.
