The house looked fine at first, but I quickly discovered the mould grew incredibly fast and there was no insulation, leaving me to rely on icebreakers and sleeping bags for most of the year. I could hear trucks on SH1 every hour, and access was terrible. The landlord's response time was disappointing; some issues were resolved the same day, while others took weeks. Honestly, the best thing about this place was the balcony, but the worst part was literally everything else.

The house has some issues, like the cold tap not working and the shower going cold if anyone uses the taps. The landlord is really nice but takes ages to fix things. The best part is the awesome architecture, but the worst is the messy tenants, lack of sun, and gross food in the kitchen.
