Rate this flatThe house has terrible shower pressure, which is definitely the worst thing about it. However, the garden is the best feature, and overall, the landlord is pretty chill.
The flat is extremely mouldy and damp, with worse shower pressure than a bucket of water with holes in it. There’s no insulation, and the ill-fitted doors and windows let air in and out. While the landlords may respond quickly, they are not very clear about the contract and tenant requirements, and they do very little for repairs. The best thing about the place is its size, but the worst aspects are the cold and the shower.
I do not recommend flatting here. The house is moldy, has no insulation, and the shower pressure is non-existent, with rotten windows and doors that have cracks. While the garden is nice, the new property manager is unreasonable and focuses on trivial issues like weeding, despite us being great tenants who kept the flat clean. Be sure to read the contract carefully, as they try to catch you with fine print.
