The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but it is very, very cold and damp, which is the worst part. The landlord is fine, but I can't overlook how unbearably cold and damp it is.

The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but it does have issues with being damp and mouldy, so I recommend getting a dehumidifier. On the plus side, the landlord is very helpful.
