Rate this flatI found the flat to be quite good overall; it gets reasonably warm, especially in two of the top bedrooms, although the walls are a bit thin. The landlord is pretty good, as he comes around occasionally to ask for feedback on the flat. The spacious lounge area is definitely the best feature, but the worst part is that the room downstairs can hear everything from the room above and vice versa.
The house is warm and in a good location, but it's quite noisy due to the thin walls. The property manager isn't very responsive; it took about five months to fix some issues, and while the washing machine was repaired quickly, the shower still isn't fixed despite our complaints since March. Overall, the warmth is the best feature, but the noise is definitely a downside.
