The rooms in the flat are a good size and easy to warm up, though they can get a bit damp, and power bills have been quite high due to heating. There's no external extraction from the kitchen, which is a downside, but overall it's a good flat with very few problems. The property manager is usually responsive and effective at getting things fixed, and I particularly enjoy the shower and living area.

Resident Reviews
The apartment has a beautiful bathroom and kitchen, but that's about it. It's located in a noisy area, always cold with little sunlight, and feels quite run down. Our landlords were nice at first, but they became aggressive when we asked them to address issues, and they were unprofessional with contracts and notice requirements. I would advise anyone to read the contracts carefully, as misleading information about other businesses in the building led us to move because the apartment became unlivable.
