Value

I really enjoy living in this flat, especially because of the great shower pressure and the warm atmosphere it maintains compared to other places. The landlord is a nice guy who quickly addresses any issues, and the location is excellent with a nice interior. The only downside is the price, but the gas water heating and stove top make it worth it.
