Rate this flatThe house has good heating and shower pressure, which I really appreciate, especially since the heat is the best thing about it. The landlord is great, providing good management, but I do think the rent is too pricy.
I lived in a flat with 9 others, so there were always a lot of people around. The landlord was very helpful, which made things easier. The best part was being close to town, but the distance to the university was a downside.
