This house doesn't get any sunshine, making the downstairs room cold even in summer, and during winter, you can't survive without a heater, leading to power bills of at least $80 each month. Living with the landlord is challenging; he uses a lot of power but expects everyone to pay equally, and his English is poor, which complicates communication. He also never cleans the communal areas or bathroom. Overall, the sound from upstairs is the best part, but everything else in the flat is a downside.
