I found the flat to be good overall, but the landlord is awful and won't let us fix anything, even though there are holes in the curtains from previous tenants. The property manager is great, but the landlord, who is overseas, takes ages to approve anything. On the plus side, having two bathrooms for six people is a definite advantage, and the flat holds heat well if you’re willing to pay for it. However, the lack of sunshine is a downside.
