I found the rent to be cheap, which is definitely a plus, but the house is extremely cold and damp, with mice in the roof and mould growing. The heat pump is poorly placed by the front door, and the landlord takes a very long time to get things fixed. On the bright side, the fun stairs are great for running races, and the backyard has potential, though it doesn't get utilized much.
