The house has likely black mould in the ceiling, and while some rooms are big, others are tiny. The kitchen is a nice size, and there are two bathrooms plus a separate toilet, but the place is freezing! The property manager responds quickly, but don't expect any fixes for at least four months. I have the best room, but everything else is lacking.

The house has great character and a cool yard, but it's really old and had a big leak for a few months before they redid the roof, so it's good now. The new bathroom is great, but the oven is crap. The landlord is alright; just double text him if he doesn't reply. The best thing about the place is its character, while the worst is the damp.
The house is literally falling to pieces, and the landlord won't fix the problems he promised when I signed the lease. He takes about a month to six weeks to call tradesmen after taking a month to respond to my emails. Honestly, there's nothing good about this place, and the worst part is definitely the landlord.
The house has a lot of character and is in a great location, but it is very cold. Unfortunately, the coldness is a significant downside for me.
