Flat was cold and damp. Concrete walls that could never be warmed up, and single glazing that just oozed cold. My entire wardrobe went mouldy, and they also never lodged our bond. Landlords were nice but didn't seem to care about the property being a dump. They gave us a grocery voucher to turn the heatpumps on the morning before flat viewings lol.
