The house was very cold, and I had an awful experience with the landlord, who was very unresponsive and sexist towards the females in our flat. The best thing about the place was the double bed, but honestly, the worst thing was EVERYTHING else.

Living in this flat was absolutely terrible. It was expensive and cold, with poor shower pressure and a landlord who was incredibly rude and misogynistic, often taking the bond for no valid reason. The flat was in poor condition when we moved in, and the concrete walls made it dark and uninviting, even during the day. The only redeeming feature was the balconies.
I would not recommend living here. The landlord is horrible and will take your bond. Honestly, there's nothing good about this place; everything about it is a problem.
Living in this flat was a nightmare. It was freezing, the wifi barely reached upstairs due to the concrete walls, and the showers were terrible. The ceiling had a huge hole that was never fixed properly, and the carpet was disgusting. Dealing with the landlord was even worse; he was rude, aggressive, and a pathological liar. Honestly, there was nothing good about this dump—it was the worst place to live.
The flat itself was decent mainly because it was warm, but the kitchen and living room were too small for five people, and there was mold in every room. The biggest issue was the property manager, who constantly showed up unannounced and tried to scam us out of our bond by charging for things he legally couldn't. Overall, for $135 a week, it wasn't worth it.
Living in this flat has been a nightmare. The concrete walls make the wifi virtually non-existent and keep the place freezing, even on sunny days. The appliances are in terrible condition, with a fridge that doesn't freeze and a washing machine that barely works, while the shower is too small and leaks everywhere. The property manager has been rude and unhelpful, often showing the flat without notice and failing to address any issues. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The house had a lot of issues, like the stuff supplied being in pretty poor condition, awful shower heads that made it impossible not to spill water everywhere, and gross carpeting that rubbed off on my feet. It was also too far from uni and too expensive for what you get, plus the concrete flooring made the wifi mediocre at best. On the bright side, I decorated my room nicely and enjoyed having a balcony, and the landlord was pretty nice as long as you were polite and helpful. Overall, the worst parts were definitely the wifi and the shower.
The house has concrete walls, making the wifi virtually unusable, and it's very cold and not insulated, leading to heaps of condensation and mould. The landlord is nice as long as you are nice to him. The best thing about the place is its location, which is close to New World, but the worst thing is definitely how cold it is!
I found the house not worth the price for the distance, and the landlord can be a little arrogant about how well his flats are. The best thing about the place was the upstairs rooms, but overall, it just wasn't worth the money.
I really enjoyed living in the flat, especially because of the great shower pressure and how warm it was. The landlord was easy to deal with and was great overall. However, the leaky shower and average windows were definitely drawbacks.
I lived in a warm flat where no heaters were required, and the kitchen and lounge were tidy. However, I often had to remind the landlord about issues with the flat. While the warmth was definitely the best feature, the windows could be better sealed. The bathrooms were small, but overall, it was a decent place to stay.
